It’s a Seat Altea, on a highway in central Oregon!
What the heck is this doing here?

Agreed. They get some rather cool stuff there.

Is that an old, chopped truck on that trailer?

I’ve seen two cars running around on Mexico plates. First was a new Hiace and the second is a bright blue Fiat Uno.

When I lived in San Antonio, I’d see cars like that occasionally, all with Mexican plates.

It’s even better than that, it’s a Seat Altea (XL) Alltrack, possibly with AWD. So it is basically a lifted and lengthened MPV.

Looks that way. Kinda hard to make out what brand.

I once saw a SEAT Leon parked at a Wally World in Aberdeen, WA - Mexican plates too.

I’ve seen a couple Mexican registered cars in NC. One being a Chevrolet Corsa, and I actually saw a new Ford Ranger last year, along with a Volvo XC70.

I just came. You can't talk dirty to me like that on Sunday Funday.

What is this? A Mexican Q5 or Traverse? Or an Edge??

It’s more like a lifted estate.

I've seen a white Hiace in Middle TN before. Might be the same one

Well, technically we call the Altea a compact MPV here in Europe, though it is not as van-like as some of them. On the other hand the Altea can be seen as the estate version of the Toledo, which was a MPV-sedan mash-up. So in that case it would be a lifted estate.

Spanish made Seat Altea XL, similar to a Ford C-Max.
